That means more than you know. Thank you for reading—and for sharing that. If these posts help even a little, I’ll keep writing through the chaos.

I love this piece! You’re my kind of dad. It’s a pleasure to find another dad blogger who has a similar sense of humor and a similar fatherhood ethos. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about your little journey. Props from one pops to another!

Right back at you, man. Always good to find another dad in the trenches who gets it. Appreciate the support—fatherhood solidarity is real.

The best road trips in my life thus far have been with my daughter. (She's in her thirties now.) You are setting a marvelous precedent and it sounds like yours did pretty damn well for being so little.

That’s beautiful. If I can build even half the bond you clearly have, I’ll consider it a win. Thanks for the encouragement—means the world.

It’s all about the moments, especially the ones we didn’t plan on. Great story!!! Awesome storyteller you are. I hope your visit with the grandparents and your drive home was equally as memorable. Thank you for sharing your experience with your toddler. 💝

Thank you so much for that. You’re absolutely right—it’s the unscripted moments that stick with us. The drive home included 14 snack breaks and one unexpected dance party, so I’d say we kept the magic alive.
